Now that Mac users finally have this option on their hands, let us wait and see if Apple can iron out the flaws of the operating system and fully deliver the benefit that the Night Shift feature in an iPhone does. The flaws data wise can be taken care of, but it is important to note that overexposure to blue light is not good for our health.
